For your convenience, we offer shuttle service, both near our Manhattan locations and long-distance. Our drivers will shuttle your dog to and from daycare, boarding, or grooming at our facilities. We will also transport your dog (and you!) to a vet appointment or other secondary location. We even offer shuttle service outside of New York City!

We offer walk up service for an additional fee. Our driver will pick up or drop off your dog directly in your apartment, so you don't even have to be home! If you have to leave before we open or get in after we close, rest assured that your dog will be taken to and from our playroom, and left safely and happily waiting for you at home.

All shuttles are scheduled with a 30 minute window. We do our absolute best to be right on time for every appointment, but must allow for extenuating circumstances, such as traffic, weather, or construction. If you are meeting the car at the curb, one of our front desk associates will call you when the driver is near your building.

Please keep in mind that we schedule several shuttles each morning and evening, and that we are unable to keep all of the appointments in a timely fashion if the driver is kept waiting. If the driver has to wait at the curb longer than 5 minutes, we charge a waiting fee.

We also request that you walk your dog before using our shuttle service. If your dog eliminates inside the van, you will be charged a shuttle cleaning fee.
